Summer at the FBI National Academy
Charles Rumsey is the Deputy Chief of the Waterville Police Department. He has been employed there for 15 years. Deputy Chief Rumsey was selected to be one of the 275 members of the FBI National Academy’s 242nd Session, and will be sharing with our readers his experiences and observations of the Academy in Quantico, Virginia. Deputy Chief Rumsey lives in the Waterville area with his wife and two children, and has a family connection with VillageSoup.
