Brandi Gourde joined Boston Financial in September of 2009 as a CSR with the night team in Rockland. She had been previously employed at Flagship Cinemas as an Assistant Manager where she trained and provided feedback to employees as well as customer service.

Carrie Boland started with Boston Financial in June 2009 and has been the recipient of  two Golden Headset Awards this year. Prior to employment at Boston Financial Carrie worked for Taction as a Shared and Dedicated CSR as well as being a part of the Client Services team. 

Nancy Skidmore began her career as a CSR with Boston Financial in October 2008 and has since been the recipient of the Golden Headset Award twice. She was previously employed as sales manager with Marvals Jewelry Boutique in Burlington, Ontario, Canada, and has 18 years of customer service experience.

Autumn Kennedy joined Boston Financial in July of 2009 as a CSR with over 5 years of customer service experience before joining BFDS.  Currently attending the University of Maine, Autumn is a peer trainer for new associates

Sarah Hilchey joined Boston Financial as a CSR in April of 2009 with the DST Retirement team. She is a 2001 Graduate of The University of Southern Maine with a B.A. degree in Media Studies. Previously  she spent 6 years working for a full service Third Party administrator in Portland doing a variety of jobs including operations & recordkeeping and then on to compliance and plan administration.
