Belfast woman robbed, kidnapped, 'severely assaulted'

Belfast — Details are still being developed Wednesday morning, but police have confirmed that a Belfast man has been arrested in connection with the brutal assault of an elderly woman Tuesday night after police say he came to her home and robbed her.
