MaineHealth chief makes pitch for Pen Bay Healthcare to merge

Rockport — Pen Bay Healthcare would retain day-to-day decision making and gain value by merging with MaineHealth, the president of the state's largest health care company told nearly 100 local incorporators at their annual meeting Thursday night.
