Belfast — A  Cut Above owner Marian Hughes presents a check for $50 to Russell Wing of the Greater Belfast Area Ministerium Food Cupboard Wednesday, March 20. The proceeds were raised through a raffle for a free haircut at A Cut Above. Joynce Bunker of Belfast was the winner of the raffle.

A second raffle to win a free haircut is being held with all proceeds to benefit the Game Loft. To enter go to A Cut Above located at 118 High Street in Belfast. A winner will be selected on the 15th of each month.
