Aerobic Exercise May Improve Memory In Seniors!

By The Residence at Tall Pines | Feb 21, 2011

Now this is good news – Scientists have discovered that with aerobic exercise, you may be able to increase the volume of your hippocampus – the area of the brain that allows us to form new memories!

We know that (especially) this winter, it’s been hard to get out and move, but at Fusion Therapy we have fantastic machines to help you get the aerobic exercise you need! With treadmills and recumbent bicycles, and featuring our new Nustep machine, you can get moving and keep remembering. We are open to the public and have memberships available – call 930-7037 for more information today!
