Exit 244

Belfast — Maine band Exit 244 will perform Saturday, March 10 at 6 p.m. at the Belfast Church of the Nazarene, 95 Swan Lake Ave. Exit 244 has exploded on the Christian music scene in Maine with distinctive sound and an energy usually reserved for large sporting events. The band has opened for major label artists including Unspoken and Revive.

Band members are Roger Buzby on guitar, keyboards and lead vocals; Alex Waller on bass; George Gallagher and Caleb York on guitar; and Vince Bryant on drums. The primary goal of Exit 244 is "to bring freedom to the people we come in contact with, the freedom that only comes from being in a relationship with Jesus Christ," according to Buzby. The church will continue in the live music vein Sunday, March 11 when Micah Blake performs during the 10:30 a.m. service.
