Anglers benefits BAHS music students

Dec 20, 2013

Searsport — On Dec. 3, Belfast Area High School Band and Chorus classes held a fundraising night at the Anglers Restaurant on Route 1.

The students expressed thanks to manager Amy Nickerson and amazing staff, who helped them raise $250 in just three hours. Also raised was an additional $100 in generous donations for the evening’s performance of the BAHS Swing Choir.

The funds will help the BAHS music students reach their goal of going on a music trip to Virginia Beach in the spring.
