Pepi Lorelei, 48, of Providence, R.I., failure to provide proof of insurance.
Daniel Leduc, 32, of Belfast, was arrested on a warrant for unpaid fines.
Troy Smith, 38 of Waldoboro, inspection sticker violation.
Gordon Whitman Jr., 63, of Weston, Mass., was summoned for speeding for driving 54 mph in a 35 mph zone.
