Belfast — Law enforcement officials with the Belfast Police Department reported the following recent activity:
Jay A. Ryan, 20, of Belfast, illegal possession of liquor by a minor, furnishing a place for minors to possess or consume liquor.
Charles R. Henry, 23, of Belfast, furnishing liquor to a minor.
Anthony Conary, 19, of Belfast, illegal possession of liquor by a minor.
Sarah C. Butter, 20, of Belfast, domestic assault.
Christopher Henry, 32, of Bucksport, violating conditions of release, driving to endanger.
Christopher Reppucci, 30, of Troy was headed north toward the intersection of West Waldo Road and Head of Tide Road when his 1997 Dodge van left the roadway. The accident report stated Reppucci was driving too fast for the road conditions, as the roads were wet from a recent rain. The van rolled over and came to rest alongside a garage that neighbored a residence. Neither Reppucci nor his passenger, 36-Year-old Andrew Neubauer, was hurt. The van was towed from the scene due to disabling damage, according to the accident report.
Jessica Linscott, 20, of Lincolnville, theft by unauthorized taking.
Michael F. King, 60, of Belfast was summoned for speeding for driving 69 mph in a 45 mph zone.
Gerard D. Gustafson, 49, of Searsport, operating under the influence (with two prior convictions), operating after suspension.
Rebecca Davis, 54, of Bangor, leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
Raymond N. Porter, 35, of Searsmont was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court.
