The hands-on class will prepare a traditional Escondidinho, which uses a dried meat with manioc for a meal that tastes just like Brazil!

Taught by Jean Pierre, who is from Sao Paulo, in Brazil's southeast region.  "Our cooking style is diverse, rich and based on locally raised meats and vegetables found in farm markets throughout the city."
