Rabies Clinic

The Waldo County Humane Society will hold a rabies clinic on Saturday, October 22, 2016 from 9:00 to 11:00 at the Brooks Fire Station. Dr. Sarah Tomalty of Little River Veterinary Hospital will administer the shots. Rabies shots are free to animal owners residing in Waldo County. Pets should be on a leash or in a portable carrier. It is also important to bring proof of a previous rabies shot so your pet can receive a 3 year rabies certificate. For further information call 852-5033.

Marsh River Theater

Up next at the Theater is "Love, Loss and What I Wore" by Nora and Delia Ephron. The show is about women and the stories of their lives connected to what they wore. The show has two casts. The first weekend stars Sue Hall, Judy Hall, Jennifer Snow, Liz Yori and Tricia Kenny. The secon weekend stars: Sue Hall, Amy Simeneu, Elena Donovan, Sarah Joy and Cassandra Palmer. The show is Directed by Frank Champa. Shows are October 14, 15, 21 and 22 with Opening Night being a fundraiser for The lafayette Cancer Center in Brewer. Tickets for opening night are $20 and include a wine and food reception after, with raffle items. All other shows are at 7:30pm and are $12 adults and @10 for students and seniors. call the box office at 722-4110 to reserve tickets.

Afternoon Tea

The next Ralph's Cafe Afternoon Tea Fundraiser will be October 16 at The Marsh River Theater from 3pm-5pm. Seats are limited to 30 adults and cost $15 for adults and $5 for children under 12. Tickets can be purchased at Ralph's Cafe or you can call to reserve seats by calling 722-3236.
