A public hearing will be held on May 6, 2014 at 7 p.m. in the council chambers of Belfast City Hall to hear an application by The Otis Group Incorporated d/b/a Rollie's Bar and Grill located at 37 Main St., Belfast, Maine for a renewal Malt, Spirituous and Vinous Restaurant Class liquor license, interior and exterior deck.

A public hearing will be held at 7 p.m. on an application for a Special Amusement Permit for The Otis Group Incorporated d/b/a Rollie's Bar and Grill for live entertainment, music, vocals – Karaoke, DJ and dancing at 37 Main St., Belfast, Maine interior/exterior/

Public Hearing #3

A public hearing will be held on a new application for a Victualer's License for Donald L. Benson d/b/a All Play Family Entertainment Center located at 49 Searsport Ave., Belfast, Maine.

Public Hearing #4

A public hearing will be held on an application by Anthony Jacovino and Christina Delsanto d/b/a Delvino's Grill and Pasta House located at 52 Main St., Belfast, Maine for a renewal Class XI Spirituous, Vinous and Malt Liquor license.

Business:

Recommendations from the Hiking, Biking and Pedestrian Committee to improve pedestrian, cycling motor vehicle use of Upper Main Street.

Request from the Belfast Creative Coalition for support of a grant to help the city update and clarify where the community is regarding the development of a possible Performance or Event Center in Belfast.

Request for permission to cut down two trees at 270 High St.

Request from the Harbormaster and Harbor Committee for council approval of slip fees for Thompson's Wharf for 2014.

Request from the Harbor Committee and Harbormaster to set fees for small vessels and kayak storage fees for non-mooring owners.

Request from the Parks and Recreation Director for the council to accept proposed bids for cleaning city owned bathrooms and to award the bid.

Request from the Cemetery Director to move funds from reserves to fix a drainage problem at the entrance to the cemetery.

Request from the Public Works Director to accept paving bids and to award the bid to All State Asphalt Inc.

Request from the Public Works Director to accept paint striping bids and to award the bid to the low bidder – Fine Line Pavement Striping.

Request from the Public Works Director to accept the bids to sell a 1976 Grader and to award the bid to the highest bidder.

Consideration of a request from the City Treasurer to disburse $1,802 from the Crosby and Clark Charitable Trusts.

Signing of council orders and housekeeping items.
