Conjuring Carroll brings on the Fizz

Magic is elemental for Conjuring Carroll.

Stockton Springs — Stockton Springs Community Library’s Fizz, Boom, Read summer reading program will present Maine magician and family entertainer Conjuring Carroll Tuesday, Aug. 5, at 10 a.m.

Carroll Chapman, a.k.a. Conjuring Carroll, has been performing and entertaining children and families since he was 16. As a member of the Society of American Magicians, he learned a vast amount from two magicians, The Amazing Lou and Almodarr, who took him under their wings and instructed him in the art of magic. Through the Society of American Musicians, Carroll also has had training by many other national and world-renowned magicians.

Conjuring Carroll will be presenting a special magic program he has created for the national library summer reading series. The program is free, and all are welcome. For more information call Stockton Springs Community Library, 20 Church St., at 567-4147.
