Jeffrey Aaron Butler, 29, of Belfast, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine; possession of marijuana up to 1.25 ounces, $350 fine.

David P. Carlow, 22, of Waterville, operating while license suspended or revoked with a prior, $500 fine.

Sheena E. Carter, 20, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine; minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.

Rock A. Chase, 52, of Unity, operating under the influence - one prior, $700 fine, six months in jail, all but 10 days suspended, one year probation, license suspended three years.

Shana Colby, 35, of Swanville, operating under the influence, $500 fine, five days in dail, license suspended 90 days; operating vehicle without license-conditions/restrictions, dismissed.

Daniel T. Cole, 31, of Kennebunkport, violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.

Jennifer Cook, 34, of Swanville, terrorizing; disorderly conduct -- offense words, gestures, all charges transferred to Superior Court.

Gail G. Cousins, 50, of Saco, operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.

Adrian F. Davis, 34, of Searsmont, violating condition of release, $500 fine, restitution of $10.

Jessica Davis, 26, of Waldo, failing to make oral or written accident report, $300 fine.

Sean C. Giannone, 35, of Belfast, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, 10 days in jail on each count.

Tammy M. Mitchell, 28, of Waterville, two counts of violating condition of release, 12 hours in jail on each count; domestic violence terrorizing, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, both charges dismissed.

A 16-year-old male from South China, motor vehicle speeding, 30 or more miles an hour over the speed limit, $500 fine.

Thomas R. Whitney, 42, of Belfast, disorderly conduct - offensive words, gestures, $300 fine; assault, dismissed.

Andrew J. Woehler, 35, of Belfast, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Timothy Wry, 28, of Belfast, operating under the influence - one prior, $700 fine, nine months in jail, all but 10 days suspended, one year probation, license suspended three years, registration suspended.

Kelly J. Young, 46, of Islesboro, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine, four days in jail on each count.
