Belfast — The following cases were closed in Fifth District Court between the dates May 22 and June 5:

Daniel Armstrong, 34 of Northport, domestic violence assault, 20 days in jail; terrorizing, dismissed; domestic violence terrorizing, 20 days in jail; criminal mischief, 20 days in jail, obstructing the report of a crime, 20 days in jail; violating conditions of release, 20 days in jail; assault, dismissed.

David James Asmussen, 33 of Portland, failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.

Terence A. Bradshaw, 50 of Searsmont, failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.

Matthew S. Cole, 27 of Brooks, attaching false plates, $300 fine.

Kyleen Dennison, 26 of Lewiston, motor vehicle speeding 30 mph or more over the speed limit, $500 fine.

Kyle L. Downs, 20 of Knox, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, three days in jail and ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $500.

Ethan A. Dyer, 22 of Palermo, burning without a permit, $100 fine.

Richard Gainer, 27 of Bucksport, operating a vehicle without a license, $250 fine.

Sean Giannone, 35 of Belfast, criminal mischief, seven days in jail and ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $100.

Gerhard R. Grignon, 58 of Athens, unlawful cutting of trees by another, $100 fine and ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $4,058.45.

Douglas Hardy, 33 of Searsport, operating while license is suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Alonzo N. Harvey, 26 of Frankfort, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine; possession of marijuana (up to one and one quarter ounce), dismissed.

Cristin Harvey, 22 of Frankfort, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Amanda Hayes, 34 of Knox, owning or keeping animal that kills or injures, $200 fine and ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $160; keeping a dangerous dog, $200 fine; two counts of allowing dog to be at large, $50 fine on each count.

Matthew J. Johnson, unlawful possession of synthetic hallucinogenics, $400 fine, seven days in jail.

Kellie Jill Jeanne King, 26 of Jackson, operating while license is suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Daniel E. Lane, 66 of Bangor, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine; possession of marijuana (up to one and one quarter ounce), $350 fine.

Gene Larrabee, 34 of Belfast, violating condition of release, 60 days in jail.

Tyler A. Leach, 24 of Morrill, passing a stopped school bus, $250 fine.

Randy J. Lebretton, 38 of Brunswick, operating a vehicle without a license (conditions and/or restrictions), 21 days in jail; operating under the influence (no test), $500 fine, 21 days in jail, license suspended 90 days; violating conditions of release, 21 days in jail.

Ethan Leighton, 19 of Winterport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, seven days in jail, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $282.

Calvin C. Lewis, 55 of Palermo, operating under the influence, $700 fine, 13 days in jail, license suspended 90 days.

Tammy L. Littlefield, 37 of Belfast, failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.

Martin W. Long, 26 of Belmont, possession of marijuana (up to one and one quarter ounce), $600 fine.

Jeffrey J. Maitland, 50 of Benton, negotiating a worthless instrument, $300 fine, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $419.19.

John A. McCafferty, 22 of Searsmont, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident, $300 fine, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $150.

Jacob S. Merithew, 20 of Brooks, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.

Blake Miliano, 22 of Belfast, possession of marijuana (up to one and one quarter ounce), $350 fine; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Douglas J. Pagliaroli, 42 of Burnham, violating conditions of release, 60 days in jail.

A 17-year-old juvenile female from Unity, fishing without a valid license.

Zachary Parker, 25 of Belmont, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Ryan Parkhurst, 18 of Orrington, transportation of drugs by a minor, $200 fine, license suspended 30 days; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Carl Pillitteri, 17 of Belfast, possession of tobacco products by a minor, $100 fine.

Steven E. Pomerleau, 43 of Troy, driving to endanger, dismissed; operating under the influence, $600 fine, 12 days in jail, license suspended 90 days.

Tammy Rheault, 31 of Troy, operating while license is suspended or revoked, dismissed.

Amber Ray Robbins, 23 of Northport, assault, $500 fine.

Michael S. Robbins, 44 of belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked (with a prior conviction), $250 fine; attaching false plates, dismissed.

Jay A. Ryan, 21 of Belfast, allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor, $500 fine.

Patrick Saunders, 21 of Winterport, operating a vehicle without a license (conditions and/or restrictions), dismissed.

John Seidl, 20 of Searsport, operating while license is suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Shara L. Smith, 23 of Unity, operating while license suspended or revoked (with a prior conviction), $1,000 fine.

Andrew J. Woehler, 35 of Belfast, attaching false plates, two days in jail; operating while license suspended or revoked (with a prior conviction), $600 fine; failure to appear in court on criminal summons, two days in jail.

Donald York, 30 of Knox, harvest operator failure to pay within 45 days, $100 fine and ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $984.
