Belfast — The following cases were closed at Fifth District Court between the dates Sept. 9-13:
Nickie Ann Amaro, 26, of Belfast, burning prohibited material, two days in jail; burning without a permit, two days in jail.
Matthew Alton Colby, 28, of Montville, possession of sexually explicit materials, bailed and pleading.
Paul Fairfield, 67, of Belfast, cultivating marijuana, dismissed; possession of marijuana (up to one and one quarter ounce), $350 fine; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.
Jeffrey Kirk, 51, of Troy, operating under the influence (no test, one prior conviction), $1,200 fine, 364 days in jail with all but 12 days suspended, probation for one year, license suspended for three years.
Wendy Jo Lambeth, 44, of Stockton Springs, failure to register a vehicle, $100 fine.
Hugh Morrison, 27, of Belfast, driving to endanger, dismissed; failure to stop, remain, provide information, $400 fine; failing to make oral or written accident report, $400 fine;failure to appear in court on a criminal summons, $100 fine.
Darren K. Moulton, 48, of Searsport, keeping a dangerous dog, $250 fine.
Oliver Outerbridge, 52, of Belfast, operating a vehicle without a license (conditions, restrictions), $100 fine.
William C. Rivers, 42, of Waterville, operating while license is suspended or revoked, dismissed.
Mark White, 24, 23, of Searsmont, criminal trespass, $250 fine.
