Belfast — The following cases were closed at Fifth District Court in Belfast between the dates Nov. 25-29:

Daniel Carchide, 32, of Searsport, possession of marijuana (one and one quarter ounce up to two and a half ounces), $350 fine; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.

Emily E. Dyer, 18, of Northport, minor transporting liquor, dismissed.

Alan Green Jr., 43, of Belfast, assault, $300 fine, 90 days in jail; domestic violence assault, 364 days in jail with all but 90 days suspended, probation for two years.

Taylor Jewett, 31, of Liberty, domestic violence assault, 364 days in jail with all but 90 days suspended, probation for two years; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, $400 fine, 90 days in jail; criminal trespass, 90 days in jail; obstructing the report of a crime, 90 days in jail; criminal mischief, 90 days in jail; possession of marijuana (up to one and one quarter ounce), dismissed.

Alison D. Pullen, 37, of Northport, driving to endanger, dismissed; operating under the influence (with one prior conviction), $600 fine, three days in jail, license suspended 90 days.

William H. Slaughter II, 23, of Unity, sexual abuse of a minor, dismissed; assault, $300 fine.

Shelby L. Tapley, 18, of Waldo, operating a vehicle without a license (conditions, restrictions), $200 fine.

Adam Welch, 29, of Belfast, use of artificial light to illuminate wild animals, $200 fine.
