Belfast — The following cases were closed at Fifth District Court in Belfast between the dates Dec. 9-13:

Emily E. Dyer, 18, of Belfast, operating while license is suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Jason Ellsworth, 32, of Belfast, violating conditions of release, two days in jail.

Anthony Emmerton, 21, of Belfast, cultivating marijuana, $1,000 fine.

Rita Emmerton, 52, of Waldo, cultivating marijuana, $500 fine.

Mark R. Fowler, 19, of Waldoboro, two counts of indecent conduct, two days in jail on each count.

Kevin D. Grass, 43, of Belfast, unlawful possession of synthetic hallucinogenics, $600 fine, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $360.

Dale Gray, 41, of Ellsworth, operating while license is suspended or revoked, $250 fine; operating under the influence, $600 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended 90 days; failure to notify of a motor vehicle accident, seven days in jail.

Timothy Groening, 53, of Belfast, motor vehicle speeding, 30 mph or more over the speed limit, $600 fine.

Patrick M. Gunn, 20, of Hampden, operating under the influence, $500 fine, three days in jail, license suspended 90 days; driving to endanger, $575 fine, three days in jail, license suspended 30 days; minor consuming liquor, dismissed.

Peter Johnson, 54, of Burnham, placing bait to entice deer, $200 fine; false registration of deer, $300 fine.

Jessica M. Lamorge, 33, of Monroe, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, jury trial.

Jaimee Lynn Laney, 35, of Montville, violating conditions of release, 48 hours in jail.

Adam J. Littlefield, 29, of Winterport, failure to appear in court on a criminal summons, 24 hours in jail.

Timothy W. Moody, 22, of Monroe, operating under the influence, $500 fine, 15 days in jail, license suspended 90 days; operating under the influence, dismissed.

Joshua Reynolds, 29, of Freedom, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine; possession of marijuana (up to one and one quarter ounce), $350 fine.

Chad E. Sproul Sr., 37, of Warren, negotiating a worthless instrument, $200 fine, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $200.

Garrett M. Swazey, 30, of Orland, motor vehicle speeding 30 mph or more over the speed limit, jury trial.

Michael Thibodeau, 41, of Hampden, violating conditions of release, two days in jail; motor vehicle speeding 30 mph or more over the speed limit, $500 fine; failure to appear in court on a criminal summons, two days in jail.

Charles Whitehouse, 53, of Islesboro, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine; possession of marijuana (up to one and one quarter ounce), dismissed.

Kathleen Winslow, 28, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
