Belfast — The following cases were closed at Fifth District Court in Belfast between the dates Dec. 16-27:

Zachary J. Bennett, 26, of Brooks, failure to register vehicle, $300 fine.

Tracy L. Bernosky, 24, of Swanville, failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.

Ivan P. Bragg, 23, of Searsmont, failure to register vehicle, $200 fine.

Ethan Robert Brown, 37, of Winterport, loaded firearm or crossbow in a motor vehicle, $200 fine; possession of marijuana (up to one and one quarter ounce), $350 fine; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Kayla M. Carpenter, 21, of Lincolnville, operating while license is suspended or revoked (with a prior conviction), $500 fine.

Linda C. Coburn, 29, of Winteport, operating while license is suspended or revoked, dismissed.

Patrick Cook, 41, of Swanville, motor vehicle speeding 30 mph or more over the speed limit, $500 fine; two counts of harvest operator failing to pay within 45 days, $50 fine on each count.

Chad Curtis, 28, of Waldo, domestic violence assault, dismissed.

Henry Elliott, 59, of Blue Hill, violating condition of release, $500 fine.

Richard Ferrar, 25, of Thomaston, failure to stop, remain, provide information, $500 fine.

Mandy Freeman, 21, of Belfast, operating a vehicle without a license, $150 fine.

Susan Rae Gelo, 25, of Belfast, allowing a minor to possess or consume liquor, $500 fine.

Mindy L. Gibbons, 22, of Waldo, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $250 fine.

Nicholas Goguen, 27, of Northport, criminal trespass, two days in jail, license suspended for one year; operating while license is suspended or revoked (operating under the influence), $600 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended one year.

Timothy Hanscom, 32, of Bucksport, violating condition of release, $500 fine; violating condition of release, three days in jail.

Kelsey L. Higgins, 18, of Unity, violating condition of release, $300 fine, permitting unlawful use, $200 fine.

Thomas P. Lafreniere, 51, of Freedom, placing bait to entice deer, $200 fine.

Tyler A. Lee, 26, of Belfast, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.

Larry J. Lewis, 49, of Searsport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine; ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $6.99.

Cassandra Lucas, 22, of Belfast, refusing to submit to arrest or detention (physical force), seven days in jail; disorderly conduct, loud, unreasonable noise, seven days in jail; criminal trespass, seven days in jail; violating condition of release, seven days in jail; violating condition of release, dismissed.

Daniella Macleod, 41, of Northport, criminal mischief, dismissed; violating condition of release, dismissed.

Stuart Macleod, 45, of Belfast, failure to register vehicle, $250 fine.

John McCafferty, 23, of Searsmont, operating ATV on land of another without permission, $100 fine.

Robert McKinney, 18, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine, ordered to pay restitution on the amount of $102.97.

Phillip Millette, 63, of Searsmont, rule violation, failure to possess previous seven day status, $250 fine.

Joshua Mills, 20, of South Thomaston, minor consuming liquor, $400 fine.

Isaiah D. Simpson, 21, of Troy, disposal of offal, littering, $100 fine.

Craig St. Louis, 39, of Carmel, criminal attempt, $400 fine.

A 16-year-old juvenile male from Swanville, failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.

Jon Wade, 34, of Lisbon Falls, operating under the influence (with two prior convictions), transferred to superior court.

Dallas E. Walton, 29, of Belfast, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine; possession of marijuana (up to one and one quarter ounce), $350 fine; operation of defective vehicle, 10 days in jail; operating while license is suspended or revoked (with a prior conviction), $500 fine, 10 days in jail.

John Yandell, 36, of Belfast, violating condition of release, $500 fine, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $10.
