Belfast — The following cases were closed at Fifth District Court between the dates March 10-14:

Laurent G. Bailey, 56, of Liberty, operating an unregistered snowmobile, $200 fine.

Teresa Barnes, 26, of Belfast, violating conditions of release, 48 hours in jail, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $12.

Bertha F. Black, 52, of Waldo, domestic violence assault, dismissed.

Eric C. Dupre, 28, of Albion, negotiating a worthless instrument, $250 fine, ordered to pay restitution on the amount of $447.50.

Nicholas Fitzpatrick, 20, of Winterport, operating under the influence, $600 fine, 72 hours in jail, license suspended 90 days; operating a vehicle without a license (conditions, restrictions), two days in jail.

Joshua Gray, 24, of Swanville, operating while license is suspended or revoked (with a prior conviction), $500 fine; possession of marijuana (up to one and one quarter ounce), $350 fine.

Steven A. Haver, 46, of Searsmont, domestic violence assault, 45 days in jail, probation partially revoked.

Matthew D. Hogan, 21, of Seasport, criminal mischief, dismissed.

Thadeous Macleod, 26, of Hope, operating while license is suspended or revoked (with a prior conviction), $500 fine, two days in jail.

Robert Milhomme, 59, of St. George, rule violation (other), dismissed; possession of marijuana (up to one and one quarter ounce), $350 fine.

Aaron J. Nickerson, 39, of Knox, criminal mischief, $200 fine, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $226.

Bert A. Noble, 44, of Brooks, obstructing the report of a crime, dismissed; assault, $300 fine, 20 days in jail.

Natasha L. Noble Saucier, 31, of Brooks, assault, $600 fine.

Janet Parsons, 24, of Albion, negotiating a worthless instrument, $250 fine, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $407.37.

Laurie A. Paul, 37, of Montville, disorderly conduct (offensive words, gestures), $100 fine; two counts of assault, dismissed.

Robert W. James Sears, 22, of South China, motor vehicle speeding 30 mph or more over the speed limit, $400 fine.

Heather Seger, 31, of Frankfort, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident, dismissed.

Ricky S. Sibley Jr., 26, of Frankfort, operating under the influence (with a prior conviction), $700 fine, six months in jail with all but 20 days suspended, license suspended for three years; driving to endanger, dismissed.

Todd A. Stanton, 29, of Benton, operating while license is suspended or revoked (with a prior conviction), $500 fine, attaching false plates, dismissed.

Chelsea Von Mehren, 22, of Belfast, operating under the influence, $500 fine, 10 days in jail, license suspended 150 days; driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days; violating conditions of release, five days in jail.

Kevin Gordon Wood, 27, of Brooks, operating while license is suspended or revoked (with a prior conviction), $500 fine, three days in jail.
