Belfast — The following cases were closed at 5th District Court in Belfast between the dates April 14-25:

Michael Allard, 18, of Thorndike, possession of marijuana (up to one and one quarter ounce), $350 fine.

Joseph Ames, 30, of Penobscot, use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Aaron Astran, 21, of Bangor, motor vehicle speeding 30mph or more over the speed limit, $500 fine.

Christopher Beeton, 26, of Brooks, hindering apprehension or prosecution, not guilty.

Haden F. Campbell, 22, of Swanville, violating conditions of release, 48 hours in jail.

David Carpenter, 43, of Waterville, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, domestic violence terrorizing, jury trial.

Christopher J. Cole, 21, of Morrill, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.

Joseph Collins, 40, of Freedom, violating conditions of release, $500 fine.

Justin M. Couture, 23, of Palermo, two counts of misuse of identification, 90 days in jail on each count; three counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 90 days in jail on each count, two counts of forgery, 90 days in jail on each count; theft by receiving stolen property, 90 days in jail.

Brett Crandall, 23, of Freedom, use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine; possession of marijuana (up to one and one quarter ounce), $350 fine.

Jade E. Cummings, 19, of Northport, smoking in a motor vehicle with a person less than 16 years of age, $50 fine.

Chad Dennis, 40, of Waterville, unattended lines, $100 fine.

Jason Ellsworth, 32, of Belfast, use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Richard Gainer, 28, of Bucksport, possession of marijuana (up to one and one quarter ounce), $350 fine; use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Ellen T. Gawler, 56, of Belgrade, operating a vehicle without a license, $150 fine.

Carsten T. Geisel, 31, of Winterport, operating a vehicle without a license, dismissed; displaying fictitious vehicle certificate, $200 fine.

Jean M. Gelo, 61, of Searsport, failure to register vehicle, $150 fine; operating a vehicle without a license, $150 fine.

Tyler Gelo, 22, of Searsmont, operating while license is suspended or revoked (with a prior conviction), $500 fine; use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Sean Giannone, 35, of Belfast, failure to appear in court on a criminal summons, dismissed.

Mark Goguen, 54, of Swanville, violating conditions of release, $300 fine.

Julie Lyn Greenleaf, 37, of Montville, operating while license is suspended or revoked (with a prior conviction), $500 fine.

Dylan R. Hopkins, 24, of Monroe, operating an unregistered snowmobile, $200 fine.

Roland Jellison, 44, of Dresden, use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Robert J. Kinnie, 48, of Brooks, disorderly conduct (loud, unreasonable noise), $150 fine.

Christopher D. Leonard, 47, of Palermo, allowing dog to be at large, $100 fine.

Marshall Lowe, 50, of Jackson, use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Christopher D. Murphy, 33, of Searsport, attaching false plates, 24 hours in jail; operating while license is suspended or revoked (with a prior conviction) $500 fine, three days in jail.

Kay L. Noyes, 53, of Montville, cruelty to animals, dismissed.

Robert Noyes, 67, of Montville, cruelty to animals, dismissed.

Amy Rae Parsons, 28, of Bangor, operating while license is suspended or revoked (with a prior conviction), $750 fine.

Scott M. Philbrook, 41, of Swanville, violating conditions of release, dismissed; cultivating marijuana, dismissed.

Angela Plummer, 45, of Palermo, operating an unregistered snowmobile, $200 fine.

Paige Plummer, 21, of Palermo, operating an unregistered snowmobile, $200 fine.

Kevin J. Robinson Jr., 28, of Thorndike, negotiating a worthless instrument, $250 fine, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $232.61; failure to appear in court on a criminal summons, $200 fine.

Elizabeth Salo, 30, of Stockton Springs, failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.

Brett Steele, 48, of Belfast, failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.

John Travers, 61, of Unity, fugitive from justice, dismissed.

Robert Veino, 39, of Searsmont, domestic violence assault, six months in jail with all but 10 days suspended, probation for one year.

Chelsie L. Wheelden, 18, of Searsmont, operating vehicle without a license, $150 fine; failure to appear in court on a criminal summons, $200 fine.

Kyle White, 22, of Searsmont, operating while license is suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
