Belfast — The following cases were closed at 5th District Courtin Belfast between the dates May 12-16:

Robert J. Brisk, 28, of Burnham, criminal mischief, $200 fine; driving to endanger, dismissed.

Alexandria E. Caouette, 19, of Whitefield, NH, use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine, possession of marijuana (up to one and one quarter ounce), $350 fine.

Eben F. Colby, 32, of Swanville, operating under the influence (with a prior conviction), $700 fine, 60 days in jail with all but 12 days suspended, probation for one year, license suspended for three years.

Kathleen Mary Cullinen, 49, of Cranford, NJ, driving to endanger, dismissed.

Daymon G. Dodge, 21, of Troy, possession of marijuana (up to one and one quarter ounce), $500 fine; use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.

Michelle Marie Dunworth, 30, of Thorndike, domestic violence assault, dismissed; endangering the welfare of a child, dismissed.

Steven K. Greenmyer, 41, of Thomaston, operating a vehicle without a license, $150 fine.

Kristle M. Gross, 30, of Orland, criminal mischief, 10 days in jail, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $1,069.98; violating conditions of release, 10 days in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention (physical force), 10 days in jail.

Theodore Legrande Guerry, 56, of Belfast, possessing a firearm near a school, dismissed.

Steven Haver, 46, of Bangor, violating a protective order, domestic violence stalking, transferred to superior court.

William James, 23, of Frankfort, operating while license is suspended or revoked (with a prior conviction), $500 fine, five days in jail.

Jessica Johnson, 28, of Stockton Springs, smoking in a motor vehicle with a person less than 16 years of age, $50 fine.

Joseph Thomas Legocki, 35, of Belfast, use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

David Leighton, 48, of Belfast, operating while license is suspended or revoked, $250 fine; attaching false plates, dismissed; operating under the influence (with one prior conviction), $700 fine, 60 days in jail with all but 10 days suspended, probation for one year, license suspended for three years.

Paul A. Maguire Jr., 52, of Prospect, failure to notify of a harvest operation, $200 fine.

Peter K. Mason Jr., 41, of Searsport, operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.

Shane Parks, 30, of Unity, possession of marijuana (up to one and one quarter ounce), $350 fine; use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Jami D. Pendergast, 40, of Northport, ice fishing shack violation, $100 fine.

Traci Perry, 41, of Warren, violating a protective order, $250 fine.

Ricky K. Pomeroy Sr., 52, of Searsmont, engaging in activities while suspended, $1,000 fine; fishing for or taking shellfish from a closed area (with a prior conviction), $750 fine; 48 hours in jail.

Patricia A. Robinson, 54, of Searsport, driving to endanger, dismissed; criminal mischief, dismissed.

Jason D. Trefethen, 36, of Frankfort, smoking in a motor vehicle with a person less than 16 years of age, $50 fine.

David A. Veilleux, 30, of Liberty, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; possession of marijuana (up to one and one quarter ounce), $500 fine.
