Belfast — The following cases were closed at 5th District Court in Belfast between the dates May 27-30:

David Barton, 53, of Liberty, operating while license is suspended or revoked, $250 fine; operating under the influence (with a prior conviction), $700 fine, six months in jail with all but 15 days suspended, probation for one year, license suspended for three years.

Douglas S. Beckerleg, 51, of Stockton Springs, assault, $300 fine, 60 days in jail; disorderly conduct (offensive words, gestures), 60 days in jail; domestic violence assault, 60 days in jail; criminal mischief, 60 days in jail.

Jeremy Bennett, 25, of Knox, operating a vehicle without a license, two days in jail; two counts of violating conditions of release, two days in jail on each count.

Peter N. Cummings, 50, of Palermo, rule violation, dismissed.

Benjamin H. Darling, 25, of Detroit, operating under the influence, dismissed; reckless conduct, $700 fine.

Brittani Hodgdon Elwell, 20, of Waldo, two counts of operating while license is suspended or revoked (with a prior conviction), $500 fine on each count.

Jessi Ann Knowlton, 24, of Stockton Springs, disorderly conduct (loud, unreasonable noise), $300 fine; driving to endanger, dismissed.

Amber D. lee, 29, of Belmont, domestic violence assault, dismissed.

Leonard E. Maker, 43, of Northport, violating condition of release, dismissed.

Jeffrey A. Mosher, 41, of Lincolnville, operating under the influence, dismissed.

Emmy Jo Paquette, 31, of Belfast, criminal mischief, $250 fine, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $250.

Trevor J. Parker, 21, of Arundel, driving to endanger, $850 fine, license suspended 30 days; failing to make an oral or written accident report, $500 fine, three days in jail; failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident, $500 fine, three days in jail.

Elvis N. Robbins, 59, of Belfast, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 35 days in jail on each count; failure to appear in court on a criminal summons, 35 days in jail; two counts of violating conditions of release, 35 days in jail.

Patrick M. Saunders, 22, of Winterport, driving to endanger, $700 fine, license suspended 30 days; operating under the influence, dismissed.

Julie Elizabeth Soffen, 23, of Prospect, assault, dismissed.

Dylan C. Thompson, 20, of Knox, failure to stop snowmobile, $500 fine; violating snowmobile noise level limits, dismissed.

Kathleen Winslow, 28, of Belfast, violating condition of release, $300 fine.
