Belfast — The following cases were closed at Fifth District Court in Belfast between the dates June 9-20:

Patrick R. Aylward, 29, of Lincolnville, operating while license is suspended or revoked (with a prior conviction), $500 fine.

Timothy R. Bark, 26, of Morrill, cultivating marijuana, $500 fine.

Ryan G. Bucchieri, 29, of Bucksport, operating a vehicle without a license, 24 hours in jail.

Michael A. Butler Jr., 25, of Winterport, operating while license is suspended or revoked (with a prior conviction), $500 fine.

Bevin V. Cherot, 77, of Northeast Harbor, failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.

Joseph Dieffenbacher, 54, of Liberty, failure to register vehicle $150 fine.

Anthony C. Fraser, 52, of Searsport, failure to register vehicle $150 fine.

Ian C. Freeman, 27, of Knox, negotiating a worthless instrument, two days in jail, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $905; failure to appear in court on a criminal summons, two days in jail.

Shae Garton, 26, of Swanville, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $357.10; three counts of violating conditions of release, five days in jail on each count; two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, five days in jail on each count, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, five days in jail, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $319.95.

Bryan T. Grover, 42, of Winterport, operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days.

Crystal A. Hall, 22, of Frankfort, operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended for 150 days; driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

William Hegstrom, 40, of Brooks, use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine, possession of marijuana (up to one and one quarter ounce), dismissed.

Adrienne Marie Huckabone, 27, of Freedom, motor vehicle speeding 30 mph or more over the speed limit, dismissed.

Nathan Johnson, 28, of Stockton Springs, cultivating marijuana, $500 fine; use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Jason Kilby, 33, of Belfast, fishing for or taking shellfish from a closed area, $300 fine.

Joshua M. Lambeth, 32, of Belfast, obstructing the report of a crime, domestic violence assault, six months in jail with all but 60 days suspended, probation for two years.

Robert Lammers, 46, of Bucksport, failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.

Kim Lee, 57, of Winterport, attaching false plates, $150 fine.

John Lovell, 26, of Newburgh, domestic violence assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words, gestures), $500 fine.

Marshall Lowe, 50, of Jackson, failing to make oral or written accident report, not guilty; false public alarm or report, not guilty; operating while license is suspended or revoked (with a prior conviction), not guilty; attaching false plates, $150 fine.

Marc Luther, 48, of Morrill, harassment by telephone, dismissed; violating conditions of release, dismissed.

Paul Maguire, 52, of Stockton Springs, attaching false plates, $150 fine.

Andrew Mannke, 24, of Brewer, fishing without a valid license, $100 fine.

Bryan Mason, 19, of Plymouth, use of artificial light to illuminate wild animals, $1,000 fine.

Gayle Marie McNally, 48, of Waldo, operating under the influence, $500 fine, 72 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.

Harmony Palmer, 25, of Searsport, failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident, five days in jail; operating under the influence, $500 fine, 60 days in jail, license suspended for 150 days; violating conditions of release, dismissed.

Norma Philbrook, 41, of Belfast, failure to register vehicle, $150 fine.

Kristy Lee Pottle, 36, of Belfast, failure to rgister vehicle, $1oo fine.

Daniel W. Ryan, 55, of Belfast, entering or causing a projectile to enter a place illegitimately, dismissed; failure o attach turkey tag to turkey, $300 fine.

Joshua Pomeroy Salisbury, 22, of Belfast, operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days; criminal mischief, 24 hours in jail, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $714.55.

George Seavey Jr., 43, of Trenton, operating while license is suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

A 17-year-old juvenile from South China, two counts of shooting from a motor vehicle or motor boat, $125 fine on each count; placing bait to entice deer, $125 fine; two counts of night hunting, dismissed.

Nancy M. Webster, 71, of Jackson, failure to register vehicle, $1oo fine.

Tyler Winter, 53, of Lincolnville, operating while license is suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
