Belfast — The following cases were closed in Fifth District Court in Belfast between Jan. 11 and Jan. 15.

Victor M. Amaro, 28, of Belfast was found guilty of violating condition of release and sentenced to 25 days in jail.

Jerry D. Blasingim, 41, of Belfast was found guilty of furnishing liquor to a minor and fined $500.

Keith E. Chase, 52, of Stockton Springs was found guilty of harassment by telephone and given seven days in jail.

Dennis M. Craig, 23, of Searsmont was found guilty of criminal mischief and fined $375.

Charles C. Fuller, 63, of Hancock was found guilty of domestic violence assault and fined $300.

Hiedi A. McDonald, 35, of Thomaston was found guilty of operating under the influence and fined $700, sentenced to 10 days in jail and had her license suspended for one year. She also was found guilty of endangering the welfare of a child and sentenced to six months in jail with all but 10 days suspended and will be required to serve one year's probation.

George R. Millay, 31, of Liberty had charges of domestic violence assault and disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise both dismissed.

Edwin Morris, 26, of Burnham was found guilty of failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident and given five days in jail.

Tara A. Murphy, 35, of Methuen, Mass., was found guilty of operating vehicle without a license and fined $150.

Dodi L. Olsen, 36, of Monroe had a charge of failing to make oral or written accident report dismissed.

Chad Allen Overlock, 34, of Belfast was found guilty of hunting from a stand or blind overlooking deer bait and fined $200. He also was found guilty of hunting with firearms or a crossbow without hunter orange and fined $100.

Randall J. Poland, 52, of Waldo was found guilty of operating under the influence with one prior and fined $700, sentenced to 60 days in jail and had his license suspended for three years. He also was found guilty of violating condition of release and sentenced to five days in jail.

Leon Arthur Rancourt Jr., 40, of Winterport had a charge of domestic violence terrorizing dismissed. He was found guilty of sale and use of drug paraphernalia and fined $300.

Robert L. Ridel, 26, of Searsport was found guilty of operating while license suspended or revoked with a prior and fined $500 and given two days in jail. He also was found guilty of failure to give correct name, address or date of birth and unlawful use of license and fined a total of $300. A charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Robert R. Rugar, 47, of Waterville was found guilty of operating while license suspended or revoked and fined $250.

David L. Sherman, 18, of Islesboro was found guilty of operating while license suspended or revoked and fined $250. He also was found guilty of minor transporting liquor and had his license suspended for 30 days.

Heather Stimpson, 26, of Brooks had two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drug dismissed.

Kevin G. Wood, 23, of Brooks was found guilty of domestic violence assault and fined $300. He also was found guilty of violating condition of release and fined $200.
