Belfast — The following cases were closed in Fifth District Court between the dates of April 9 and 24:

Timothy Alton, 20, of Unity, obscuring motor vehicle plates, $250 fine.

Quinn Patric Boyle, 24, of New Rochelle, N.Y., operating vehicle without a license, $150 fine.

Nicholas Chauvin, 32, of Knox, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 48 hours in jail.

Matthew A. Dimmitt, 39, of Rockland, domestic violence assault, dismissed; criminal threatening, 30 days in jail; domestic violence terrorizing, dismissed.

Gregory E. Dupree, 47, of Georgetown, S.C., operating without a license, $150 fine.

Thomas C. Edgecomb, 21, of Searsmont, operating a vehicle without a license, $300 fine.

Casey E. Flagg, 18, of Belfast, failure to stop, remain and provide information, $300 fine.

Jacob T. Grass, 25, of Belfast, operating a vehicle without a license (conditions/restrictions), dismissed; operating under the influence with one prior conviction, $700 fine, 60 days in jail with all but 15 days suspended, probation for one year and license suspended for three years; motor vehicle speeding 30 mph or more over the speed limit, dismissed.

David M. Haley, 55, of Troy, false registration of a deer, $300 fine.

Michael A. Hall, 22, of Stockton Springs, violating conditions of release, 48 hours in jail.

Christopher M. Hebert, 34, of Belmont, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $400 fine.

Dale S. Higgins, 23, of Montville, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, dismissed; operating under the influence, $600 fine, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 90 days.

Rick W. Hillman, 59, of Monroe, operating under the influence (no test), dismissed.

Heather P. Huisman, 29, of Belfast, operating under the influence with one prior conviction, $700 fine, 60 days in jail with all but 12 days suspended, probation for one year, license suspended for three years; falsifying physical evidence, five days in jail; violating conditions of release, five days in jail.

Raven Jordan W. Hustus, 24, of Unity, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, dismissed; possession of marijuana (up to one and a quarter ounce), $350 fine; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Nicholas A. Jacobs, domestic violence criminal threatening, not guilty; assault, not guilty; violating conditions of release, 48 hours in jail.

Sara Johnstone, 27, of Belfast, operating while license is suspended or revoked with a prior conviction, $500 fine.

Toni M. Joy, 25, of Searsmont, refusing to sign a uniform summons complaint, $200 fine.

Steve M. Kane Jr., 20, of Bucksport, operating while license is suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Beth Kingsbury, 33, of Winterport, driving to endanger, dismissed; operating under the influence, $500 fine, 10 days in jail, license suspended for 90 days.

Samantha G. Ladd, 30, of Belfast, failing to produce vehicle or return it to the scene, $200 fine.

Eric Littlefield, 24, of Searsport, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Christina D. Love, 29, of West Gardiner, domestic violence assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words, gestures), 48 hours in jail; violating conditions of release, 48 hours in jail.

Jason R. Maddocks, 39, of Readfield, violating a fishing rule, $100 fine.

Brenda J. Murphy, 51, of Searsport, harassment, $300 fine.

Mark Pattershall, 31, of Stockton Springs, refusing to submit to arrest or detention (physical force), 48 hours in jail.

Shawna Perkins, 23, of Monroe, operating while license is suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Benjamin E. Proctor Jr., 22, of Troy, criminal trespassing, dismissed.

Kean M. Ripley III, 31, of Belfast, negotiating a worthless instrument, ordered to pay $43.64 in restitution.

Kimberley Pauline Riposta, 22, of Belfast, violating condition of release, $350 fine.

Shelly A. Salisbury, 34, of Belfast, domestic violence assault, 60 days in jail all suspended, probation for one year; criminal mischief, dismissed.

Shawn Sigston, 40, of Burnham, criminal mischief, 10 days in jail; domestic violence terrorizing, six months in jail with all but 30 days suspended, probation for two years.

Haley E. Spaulding, 21, of Newburgh, possession of marijuana (up to one and one quarter ounce), $350 fine.

Christopher Sudsbury, 40, of Belfast, possession of marijuana (up to one and one quarter ounce), dismissed.

Danielle N. Vaughn, 23, of Stockton Springs, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine.

Arthur Williams, 19, of Brooks, violating a protective order, $500 fine.

Kathleen Winslow, 26, of Swanville, operating while license is suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Dustyn Matthew Wood, 22, Hampden, violating conditions of release, 30 days in jail.

Michael Woodbury, 20, of Waterville, possession of hypodermic apparatuses, $300 fine.
