Belfast — The following cases were closed in Fifth District Court between Nov. 10 and Dec. 28, 2012.

Brittany N. Aldus, 20, of Searsmont, terrorizing, 21 days in  jail; two counts of assault, $300 fine, 21 days in jail on each count.

A 17-year-old from Searsmont, possession of tobacco products by a minor, dismissed.

James Peter Allen, 55, of Monroe, violating fishing rule, $100 fine.

Cecil Armstrong, 71, of Belfast, hunting with firearms/crossbow without hunter orange, $100 fine.

Bruce H. Blakesley, 30, of Belfast, operating while license suspended or revoked, with a prior, $500 fine.

Blake W. Bodwell, 18, of Brunswick, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Lucas W. Bolduc, 22, of Searsport, possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 ounces, $350 fine.

Aaron T. Booton, 24, of Unity, possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 ounces, $350 fine; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Jeffrey Boudreau, 21, of Burnham, hunting birds with a shotgun that holds more than three shells, $100 fine.

Michael W. Bowden, 53, of Waldo, failure to display ATV registration numbers, $100 fine.

Jerrold D. Bradsreet, 35, of Searsport, operating while license suspended or revoked-OUI, $600 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended one year.

Toran Bragdon, 31, of Searsport, domestic violence assault, seven months in jail, probation partially revoked.

Cory Breen, 24, of Jefferson, violating condition of release, dismissed.

Stephen T. Brown, 43, of Northport, operating watercraft under the influence, over 21, $500 fine.

Trevor C. Canning, 30, of Swanville, operating while license suspended or revoked-OUI, $600 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended one year; failing to  notify of motor vehicle accident, two days in jail; three counts of violating condition of release, two days in jail on the first count, 60 days in jail on the second count, third count dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention-physical force, 60 days in jail; failing to make oral or written accident report, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, theft by receiving stolen property, forgery, all dismissed.

Nicole Carbisiero, 27, of Monroe, operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended 90 days.

Brandon A. Carnes, 25, of Bangor, furnishing liquor to a minor, $200 fine; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine; possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 ounces, dismissed.

Adam Clark, 26, of Camden, domestic violence assault, criminal mischief, requested jury trial.

Andrew Clark, 25, of Morrill, operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.

A 17-year-old male from Liberty, motor vehicle speeding, 30 or more miles an hour over the speed limit, $600 fine.

Alyssa M. Coates, 38, of Belfast, operating under the influence, $500 fine, license suspended 90 days.

Joshua A. Colby, 26, of Waterville, driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days, criminal mischief, $200 fine, restitution of 4500.

David Connors, 53, of Searsport, operating after habitual offender revocation,
$500 fine, 60 days in jail; driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 90 days; failing to stop for officer, 30 days in jail; failure to register vehicle, operating vehicle without license, both dismissed.

Mark Wayne Cook Jr., 27, of Searsmont, violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; terrorizing, dismissed.

Richard A. Cook, 50, of Morrill, possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 ounces, $350 fine.

Joan W. Cookson, 29, of Albion, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

David E. Cushman Jr., 50, of Belmont, unlawful possession of gift moose, $150 fine.

Desirae N. Cushman, 25, of Frankfort, failure to register vehicle, $100 fine.

Beverly A. Grant, 76, of Searsmont, domestic violence assault, dismissed.

Joseph c. Grant Jr., 39, of Palermo, failing to make oral or written accident report, $200 fine; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, $400 fine.

Robert S. Holyoke Sr., 69, of South China, hunting deer after having killed one, $1,000 fine, three days in jail; possession of antlerless deer, $200 fine; illegal transportation of animal or bird, $100 fine.

Dawn Marie Howard, 42, of Searsmont, failing to make oral or written accident report, $400 fine.

Blaine Huff, 47, of Burnham, operating under the influence, $750 fine, license suspended 90 days; driving to endanger, motor vehicle speeding, 30 or more miles an hour over the speed limit, both dismissed.

Roger A. Huff Jr., 46, of Palermo, domestic violence assault, 364 days in jail, all but 25 days suspended, one year probation.

John Hugh, 53, of Camden, disorderly conduct-offensive words, gestures, $250 fine; domestic violence assault, dismissed.
