Belfast — The following cases were closed in Fifth District Court between Nov. 10 and Dec. 28, 2012.

Brittany N. Aldus, 20, of Searsmont, terrorizing, 21 days in  jail; two counts of assault, $300 fine, 21 days in jail on each count.
