Richard E. Berlin Jr., 61, of Manchester, Mass., motor vehicle speeding, 30 or more miles per hour over the speed limit, $500 fine.

Cindy Bowden, 45, of Buckport, two counts of negotiating a worthless instrument, $250 fine on each count, plus restitution of $326.46 on the second count.

Kendall E. Bray, 21, of Deer Isle, failing to make oral or written accident report, $600 fine.

Christopher Breton, 35, of Searsmont, operating while license suspended or revoked with a prior, $1,000 fine, 48 hours in jail.

Seigi A. Brillard, 29, of Unity, possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 ounces, $350 fine.

Charles T. Bubar, 63, of Burnham, operating vehicle without license-conditions/restrictions.

Damian A. Bucklin, 27, of Belmont, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $150 fine.

Nik Cody, 38, of Belfast, possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 ounces, $500 fine; sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.

Brandon Cyr, 21, of Brooks, criminal trespass, $200 fine.

Adam M. Damon, 23, of Stockton Springs, forgery, seven days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, seven days in jail, restitution of $150; theft by receiving stolen property, seven days in jail.

Michael Davis, 19, of Belfast, attaching false plates, $200 fine; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

Christopher C. Day, 32, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $150 fine, restitution of $7.06.

Bonny S. Gilmore, 28, of Pittston, failing to make oral or written accident report, $600 fine; violating condition of release, $600 fine.

Nick D. Hanks, 29, of Jackson, using artificial light to illuminate wild animals, $200 fine; allowing a junior hunter to hunt in violation of chapter, $150 fine.

Gerald Hruby, 52, of Frankfort, hunting anterless deer without permit, $300 fine.

Anthony D. Jewett, 28, of Liberty, displaying fictitious vehicle certificate, $200 fine.

John W. Keithan Jr., 37, of Unity, displaying fictitious vehicle certificate, $150 fine.

Lisa Lagzdins, 43, of Montville, domestic violence assault, two days in jail.

John W. Lavway Jr., 41, of Searsport, operating under the influence, $500 fine, 14 days in jail, license suspended 90 days; operating under the influence-no test, $600 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended 90 days; two counts of violating condition of release, seven days on the first count, 14 days on the second count; driving to endanger, dismissed.

Jason J. McVeigh, 39, of Brooks, assault, $300 fine, seven days in jail.

Tyler J. Merrifield, 28, of Brooks, motor vehicle speeding, 30 or more miles per hour over the speed limit, $600 fine.

William Mooney Sr., 48, of Friendship, hunting anterless deer without permit, $300 fine.

Robert A. Neal, 28, of Pittsfield, domestic violence terrorizing, 364 days in jail with credit for time served, all but 48 hours, one year's probation; criminal mischief; 48 hours in jail.

James I. Olofson, 33, of Liberty, operating while license suspended or revoked, with a prior, $1,000 fine.

Heidi S. Peterson, 46, of Morrill, negotiating a worthless instrument, dismissed.

Thomas W. Pezold, 64, of Stockton Springs, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

Stephanie A. Pollard, 47, of Palermo, operating under the influence, $500 fine, 72 hours in jail, license suspended 90 days.

Michael Soronen, 42, of Lincolnville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, sentencing hearing set for Feb. 26.

Christopher Sudsbury, 41, of Belfast, cultivating marijuana, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, violating condition of release, all charges dismissed.

Kessie Leigh Theriault, 32, of Scarborough, assault, $300 fine, 30 days in jail; obstruction government administration, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.

Pal B. Trask, 31, of Winterport, domestic violence assault, probation partially revoked.

Tommy P. Tucker, 47, of Unity, violating condition of release, assault, both charges dismissed.

Torrey Weaver, 36, of Monroe, hunting from stand or blind overlooking deer bait, $200 fine.

Jamie W. Whitcomb, 37, of Unity, loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, $200 fine.

James Ryan Witham, 32, of Belfast, criminal mischief, 30 days in jail.
