School's out for summer!

Children at Frankfort Elementary School enjoyed a half-day the last day school, Tuesday, June 12, and will return in the fall. Please help to make this summer a safe one for all! The Waldo Peirce Reading Room and Library will begin its summer reading program Tuesday, July 10. The program is on Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to noon and will run until Tuesday, Aug. 7. The subject of the reading program will be All About Bats. Signup has begun for the reading program. You can contact the library at 223-4438 or email wprr@msln.net.

Turkey supper

There will be a turkey supper at the Frankfort Congregational Church Saturday, June 30, from 4 to 6:30 p.m. Price is $8 adults, $3.50 children, preschoolers eat for free. Takeouts are available by calling 223-5762. The menu will feature roast turkey, stuffing, gravy, mashed potatoes, peas, cranberry sauce bread, and pie.
