Free your hips, lungs and face at Spring Day Workshop

Next Sunday afternoon March 24 from the Belfast Yoga Studio will present an all day  workshop using Yamuna® Body Rolling that will focus on freeing the hips, the lungs and the face and jaw area.

When the hips are free the TMJ relaxes. When the TMJ releases the hips open. When the jaw joint is free the brain receives more oxygen and one's mood rises. When the ribs are open and lifted full breathing becomes natural and easy.

The workshop will begin at 11:00 am with detailed hip work. After a break, the next class will start at 1:00 focusing on the side body and neck. The final class will be face work using the Yamuna® Face Balls will start at 3:00 pm.

Yamuna® Face Ball work not only releases the jaw and TMJ,  it gives you the tools and the secrets of smooth, toned and glowing skin.

Choose to take the whole day to release Winter's tension, or take just one class. This workshop will help you to find renewed energy and leap into Spring with a full breath, a smooth face and most of all, a happy attitude.

The individual classes start at $25 with Pre-registration or $30 Drop-ins. All tool are provided, except for the Yamuna® Face Balls Kits, which are personal and must be purchased by each participant who does not own them.
