Voice of Freedom

My grandson Tyler is looking forward to meeting with Gov. LePage with all the University of Maine Trustees on Mar. 7, as well as being present for Chancellor Page’s State of the University System address to a joint session of the Maine State Legislature that same day.

There is a kind of hush all over the town of Freedom. I guess the weather is keeping everyone at home sitting around a hot wood-burning stove and wishing for spring. It really is right around the corner and will come soon enough. I can’t believe that February is three-quarters over. The older we get the faster time flies!

I guess that’s it folks, until next week. Stay warm, drive safely and be kind to your neighbor.
