A show, mostly talk with some music worked in, that covers current affairs, events, happenings, news, and other things that effect our culture. Not just from a national or global perspective but primarily the intent is to examine how our local culture is molded by what’s being talked about in the world around us. Local, regional, national, and global in scope.
We’ll be taking a look at different perspectives on what is going on around us.
Join us on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8:00 to 9:00 AM

Farmer’s Got the Blues Show is a fusion of electric blues, rock blues, funky blues, folk blues, soulful blues and contemporary blues. Each week Bonnie Farmer, your host, will bring to the air upbeat dance music with great rhythms and tempos. Because the Blues are so alive in Midcoast Maine, Bonnie will be delving into the Blues Culture by airing occasional interviews asking real questions to real Blues Fans and Musicians about why the Blues has them so hooked! Her training as a Photographer and Blues Dancer has brought her full circle to this show which airs on Fridays 5-6pm drive time. For additional show information and play lists, please Facebook her at Farmer’s Got the Blues at http://www.facebook.com/pages/Farmers-Got-The-Blues/165056873550687
Should you take the time to sit before a mike for one hour every week and carry on a thoughtful one-sided conversation with a good friend, yours would be a welcome, appreciated voice. Do remember—your friend is in a car, in bed, working in a shop, or enjoying a meal. This is an intimate one-on-one conversation between you and your one close friend who is listening. You don’t have to be a humorist to host a radio show. In fact, you’d be able to retire much earlier as an exorcist, a healer, or an expert on out-of-body experiences. If you’ve been picked up by a spaceship or slept with Tom Cruise, you can skip radio and go directly to Oprah or Montel.
