The Route 90 corridor has welcomed new business, both large and small, from Rockport to Warren. The Route 90 Business Association was formed in 1974 by businesses along the highway to help promote the local economy and provide a unified voice in community matters.
One new business on Route 90 is located on the Warren end of the highway. In 2005, owners Emily and Paul Frantz established Frantz Furniture & Bedding, a new 8000 square foot furniture retailer that offers coastal and contemporary styled furnishings.
