A heart sweater, handknit and embellished by Jean Fink, is among the locally-made gifts to be displayed at Belfast Free Library.

Belfast — A select group of Midcoast artists will show and sell their handcrafted wares, just in time for Valentine's Day, at the Belfast Free Library, 106 High St. The Valentine Craft Show will run Monday, Feb. 10, from 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Tuesday, Feb. 11, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The options will include handcrafted essential oils, jewelry and chocolates, as well as less traditional gift options such as magic lanterns, pottery, handcarved spoons and fabric art. In honor of the holiday of love, the artists will be donating something to go into a gift basket, which will be raffled off at the end of the event. Raffle tickets will be on sale both days at the library, with all proceeds going to benefit New Hope For Women.
