Grand jury hands up 19 indictments

Belfast — The Waldo County grand jury rose Wednesday, Aug. 13, and handed up the following indictments:

Jason Andrew Baldwin, 40, of Palermo four counts of gross sexual assault, unlawful sexual contact, five counts of sexual abuse of a minor, furnishing liquor to a minor, domestic violence assault, refusing to submit to arrest, escape.

Jeremy C. Bennett, 25, of Knox unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs, violating conditions of release.

Jason M. Brown, 47, of Waldo unlawful sexual contact, unlawful sexual touching.

Brian R. Carroll Jr., 29, of Swanville two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Derek B. Elvin, 21, of Augusta driving to endanger.

Janessa Fisk, 24, of Searsport aggravated assault, violating conditions of release.

Shelby Freilino, 23, of Stockton Springs unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Sarah A. Fuller, 30, of Belfast theft by unauthorized taking.

Joanna M. Glidden, 32, of Belfast theft by unauthorized taking, theft of lost, mislaid or mistakenly delivered property, misuse of identification.

Robert J. Hubbard, 51, of Unity five counts of unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs, three counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

George D. Killam, 28, of Belfast negotiating a worthless instrument.

Lawrence B. King, 50, of Stockton Springs criminal restraint, refusing to submit to arrest, two counts of assault on an officer.

Alicia B. Kinney, 30, of Belfast unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs, violating conditions of release.

Donald Joshua Knowlton, 23, of Searsport domestic violence assault, domestic violence terrorizing, criminal mischief, violation of a protective order.

Lyle H. Littlefield, 28, of Belfast theft by unauthorized taking, forgery, receiving stolen property.

Travis E. Tatro, 31, of Camden three counts of violating conditions of release.

Jedediah C. Wasilewski, 35, of Belfast domestic violence assault, assault, refusing to submit to arrest, disorderly conduct, criminal threatening.

Robert W. Wright, 55, of Winterport burglary, criminal trespass, violating conditions of release.

Arthur D. Glidden, 64, of Montville criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon.
