Join Sheepscot Wellspring Land Alliance for a two-mile hike starting at the Whitten Hill parking lot. The route will follow the Eric Bruun trail to Bog Brook and come out on the Anne Arnold trail. The hike is mostly flat with one short and steep uphill section. Hikers will see a variety of forest types, some wetlands and lots of large hemlock and pine. A shuttle will return hikers to their vehicles. The hike is of easy to moderate difficulty, depending on snow depth. Snowshoes will be available (first-come, first-served) in sizes ranging from child to adult, courtesy of the Journey to Health Program.
