The mission of Harbor Family Services is to promote the growth, development and strength of Maine children and families.

Harbor Family Services offers a full continuum of co-occurring competent (substance abuse and mental health) behavioral health services in the state of Maine including residential treatment to children ages 8-21 as well as home based and community services to children and adults at our Family Centers in Rockport and Northport Maine. Services provided at our Family Centers include Targeted Case Management, Assertive Community Treatment, Medication Management, Outpatient mental health and substance abuse treatment and school based counseling. All of our services offer full diagnostic assessments and strengths based treatment plans that are designed to help families achieve their desired outcomes. Harbor Family Services is guided by it’s Core Values and beliefs that children and families that are afflicted with psychological, social or economic troubles should be supported in a manner that allows them to live together in the least restrictive environment possible. Harbor Family Services programs are licensed by the state of Maine, Department of Health and Human Services.
