Jazz and funk at the Farmers' Market
Belfast — On Friday, July 20 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., the Belfast Farmers' Market will take place at Waterfall Arts, 256 High. Award-winning band Necessary Measures, a high-energy improvisational jazz and funk duo, will perform.
Necessary Measures is comprised of Jeremiah Kahn on saxophone and Noah Fishman on electric bass. They make unusual, creative music as the duo arranges and performs standard tunes in a brand-new way.
The Market's Main Street Festivals take place on upper Main Street between Church and High streets the first Friday of each month through October. For a list of this season's 26 vendors, visit belfastfarmersmarket.org.
