Thought for sure someone had him, but another big Collie instead by Hussey's in Windsor. So the search still continues. Unreal, another big Collie running loose. Maybe he got loose because he was buddying up the area with Dakota. Let's hope he shows himself. So folks be on the lookout for him. Windsor Fair is in full swing so maybe he will be found soon.
Gabe spent a few days with me. He will be back again on Friday.

Cookout and Celebration
Gabriel, Sara, Katie, David and myself headed to Milbridge on Friday for the night and Saturday. We went to Gabe's home. We visited April, Randy and baby, Myrek Norton. We decided all 5 of us to sleep in a tent. It was fun, but it rained real hard..We survived!! We all enjoyed a big BBQ with Lobsters, clams, and steak, all kinds of salads, sweets, and all. A big spread for sure...They had a bounce house, and cotton candy making machine for the kids. There must have been fifty people or more there. A great time, and we got to see Washington County at it's best. Met several of the lobster fishermen. Nice folks Downeast. This was to celebrate Randy and April's wedding from June. Thanks folks!!!!
Tonight Debi Stephens of Montville and Dee Dee Doughty were here. Deb scanned old photos for the Frye Mt. Tour coming up next month. Dee and I gathered some up for her. Thanks to Aunt Elsie Stewart Harris we got some good ones of the Carter School children from the 1930's. Got a photo of Joe Bryant and Edith Stewart in an old car, and they looked to be quite young. I was surprised to find out he married my grandfather, Arthur Stewart's sister Edith. Sadly she died very young. I have a nice photo of her too. For those of you related to Estelle and Esther Stewart and others we have a group photo ( Fred Stewart's family ).They were young girls. Also have some photos of our Daniel Walker reunions down in Center Montville at Oramandel and Jennie Walker's places. They moved from brick house up the road. Interesting to say the least. I talked to Warren Belgard from Montville and Alabama today, and he is a young lad in the Carter school picture. I will send him a copy very soon. He regrets not coming for the tour, but will be here in October. The Frye Mt. tour is full up already.
Until next week,
Have a safe Labor Day weekend. School opens soon, beware of the little children. They get so excited to start school, and some little ones are just starting. Get out to the Fair maybe. Clinton Fair will be next. Enjoy those fresh veggies. Get well to those not feeling good. Enjoy a Benefit Supper, or BBQ. Take care all.
