Knox Town News
Wow, what can I say wind, heavy rain, lightning, humid, muggy, hot, cold, and a little of everything we have had lately. We are fortunate we didn't get it any worse than we did though. We had frost the other night, and it did a number on my beloved cucumber patch I had. I still have just green tomatoes though, no ripe ones. Guess I will just have to put them on the window sill to ripen off. Otherwise, they will be there until winter. In some places they had high winds, heavy rain, hail, and it did a lot of damage. We had no power outage here thankfully.
There were 12 of us that attended the" Cooking Matters" Class Wednesday night at the Community Center in Unity for Adults .The dietician from W.C.G.H., and Beth Chamberlain are providing classes.
