Free workshops begin at Palermo Community Library, 2789 Route 3. Living Tai Chi is a comprehensive adult program based on Tai Chi Quan, a Chinese mind/body martial art that is hundreds of years old. Program also includes Qigong for balancing, strength and focus. No registration required.
