Maine State Police blotter
Augusta — Law enforcement officials with Troop D of the Maine State Police responded to the following incidents in Waldo County between Feb. 12 and 22. Anyone with information regarding ongoing investigations is asked to call 800-452-4664.
Trooper Bethany Robinson and Recruit Thomas Bureau summoned Alonzo Harvey, 27, of Frankfort for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and possession of liquid THC.
Trooper Robinson and Recruit Bureau arrested Misty Linscott, 23, of Northport on a warrant and took her to the Waldo County Jail.
Trooper Evan Teel summoned Sarah Lord, 46, of Belmont for operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
Trooper Adam McNaughton and Recruit Bureau responded to an unattended death in Stockton Springs.
Trooper Teel arrested Craig Carlson, 26, of Swanville on a criminal arrest warrant for four felony counts of drug trafficking.
Trooper Robinson investigated a report of a burglary and someone impersonating an officer on West Orchard Lane in Swanville. The burglary and impersonation complaint are still being investigated.
Trooper Donald Webber summoned Brandon Bouchard, 21, of Liberty for operating after suspension and criminal speed.
Trooper Webber arrested Marcy Marriner, 30, in Knox on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear on a Waterville Police Department theft charge.
Trooper Corey Smith arrested Lisa Levanti, 49, of Monroe on a warrant out of Penobscot County for failure to appear. Levanti was taken to the Waldo County Jail.
Trooper James Leonard arrested John Hewlett, 48, for domestic assault.
Trooper Evan Teel summoned Camille Pierel, 59, of Liberty for operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
Trooper Teel arrested William Chadwick, 26, of Liberty on a criminal arrest warrant for failure to appear.
Trooper Bethany Robinson responded to Main Street North in Searsmont for a 13 year old who was out of control. The youth’s grandmother, who is the guardian, was told to contact CRISIS if she has problems with him again.
Trooper Smith investigated a complaint of theft and fraudulent use of a debit card in Liberty. The juvenile perpetrator was identified from surveillance footage obtained from the ATM location. The juvenile was charged with theft.
Police received a theft of gas complaint from Wentworth’s Family Grocery in Northport. The person who pumped the gas forgot to pay for it and returned to the store.
Trooper James MacDonald arrested Brandon Carleton, 18, for violating conditions of release. A female juvenile passenger was questioned and a Suboxone strip was found in a cigarette carton in her sweatshirt pocket. The juvenile was arrested for unlawful possession of schedule W drugs.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a finding of guilt. An individual charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
