Manslaughter tops grand jury indictments

Belfast — A Waldo County grand jury handed up the following 21 indictments May 10:

Ricci L. Boutilier, 24, of Newport, two counts of burglary, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking.

Lawrence R. Caldwell, 50, of Knox, operating after revocation.

Christopher M.J. Cherry, 20, of Swanville, burglary, theft by unauthorized taking.

Rodney A. Damon, 36, of Belfast, aggravated assault, domestic violence assault.

Randy Elwell, 20, of Belfast, burglary, 37 counts of theft by unauthorized taking.

Constance M. Ethier, 48, of Belfast, domestic violence assault, obstructing the report of a crime.

Dack Gallagher, 36, transient, three counts of burglary, three counts of theft by unauthorized taking.

Sherry L. Gray, 43, of Unity, theft by deception.

Taylor R. Hamor, 18, of Winterport, theft by unauthorized taking.

Amanda J. Hayes, 38, of Knox, negotiating a worthless instrument.

Rebecca J. Hills, 32, of Winterport, reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon, assault on an officer, aggravated criminal mischief, failure to stop for an officer, driving to endanger, criminal operating under the influence, refusing to submit to arrest.

Kevin C. Jewell, 29, of Searsport, two counts of burglary, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking.

Kenneth T. Neild Jr., 24, of Searsport, operating after revocation.

David R. Pattershall, 70, of Stockton Springs, aggravated assault, domestic violence criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, domestic violence terrorizing.

Lucas P. Perrigo, 33, of Belfast, domestic violence assault, domestic violence criminal threatening, criminal mischief.

Jeremy Regimbal, 28, of Troy, two counts of burglary, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking.

Victoria Scott, 24, of Rockport, manslaughter.

Tara Shibles, 36, of Thorndike, manslaughter, aggravated criminal trespass, assault.

Joshua A. Somers, 25, of Unity, unlawful operation of a methamphetamine laboratory, unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs.

Michael W. Thompson, 38, of Lincolnville, aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation, criminal operating under the influence, unauthorized use of property, refusing to submit to arrest.

Chesley Z. Williams, 27, of Palermo, domestic violence assault, three counts of criminal restraint, endangering the welfare of a child, driving to endanger.
