Mid-Coast School of Technology Public Hearing on Referendum

The Mid-Coast School of Technology (Region 8) Board of Directors will conduct a public hearing concerning a referendum question that has been placed on the November 8th ballot in the 21 towns of Region 8. The first hearing will be held on October 11th at 6:30 PM in the Washington Street Conference Room, 6 Washington Street in Camden. The public hearings are being held to discuss the proposed building of a new school at the site of the current facility on Main Street in Rockland. Discussion will include the scope of the project and projected costs. Building design plans will be available. Any persons having an interest in this matter are cordially invited to attend the public hearings to listen and voice an opinion to the Region 8 Board of Directors.
