The Five Towns Community School District has announced that the field trip for Appleton Village School students in grades 5-8 has been postponed.

The trip to Lincolnville School to see a play by the Belfast Maskers has been rescheduled to Wednesday, Dec. 19. Students will leave on busses at 9:30 a.m., and will be back at AVS by 11:30. If there is a one-hour weather delay, the field trip will proceed as scheduled. If there is a two-hour delay, the field trip will be cancelled.
