Police summon Jackson man on assault, terrorizing charges
Jackson — A Jackson man was summoned for multiple charges related to an altercation that took place in April.
Waldo County Sheriff's deputies summoned Albert J. Ludden III, 59, Sunday, July 13, on charges of assault, terrorizing and disorderly conduct.
Lt. Jason Trundy of the Waldo County Sheriff's Office said the charges stemmed from an incident that occurred in April. Trundy said Ludden allegedly slowly drove by the victim's home and when the victim left his house, Ludden began arguing with him.
Ludden then pushed the victim to the ground and threatened to kill him, Trundy said.
Deputy Jordan Tozier investigated the incident and submitted all of the evidence to the district attorney's office for review.
Ludden is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 5.
