Richard was born Nov. 19, 1948, in Boston, Mass. He passed Aug. 5, 2016, at his home in Waldo of complications from Agent Orange.
Richard did one tour in Vietnam. When he came home he started working as an electrician for many years in his father's company. Then he started driving school buses for Belfast. He always said the kids on his route were his kids.
He was preceded in death by his parents Kenneth and Winifred Boulier and his sister Elaine Redman.
He is survived by sister Donna Bean and husband Greg of Brooks, brother Kenneth Boulier and wife Terri of Freedom and brother Robert Boulier of Waldo. His nephews are James Stacey and wife Kelly of Weeks Mills, Brian Stacey and wife May of New Hampshire, Shawn Bean and wife Bobbie of Knox, Gregory Bean of Belfast, Kory and Ashley Boulier of Freedom and Jessie Stacey of Weeks Mills. And all of his grandchildren by marriage that he loved so much.
There will be a graveside ceremony in Freedom at Pleasant Hill Cemetery Saturday, Sept. 24 at 2 p.m.
