Save Your Neck Plus Your Hands, Wrists and Shoulders in Belfast
This Sunday, October 27, from 2-5pm there will be a special Yamuna® Body Rolling event at the Belfast Yoga Studio. If you have neck, shoulder, wrist or hand issues, then you are invited to try this special class and change the dynamic in these areas forever.
Where do you hold your stress? Many experience pain and tightness from the wrists up to their their shoulders due to fall yard work plus too many hours at a desk or computer. Women especially tend to hold their stress in this area. Tightness and pain in the wrists to the shoulders and neck is often associated with headaches and pain from general poor posture like rounded shoulders, downward dropped chest and thrust forward head patterns, this is all related to desk sitting.
This three hour class will help you learn to undo those patterns will teach you good hand to shoulder care habits for use at any age or stage of health, keeping your hands, wrists, shoulders and neck strong and healthy as well as flexible.

Instructor Marianna Moll, is certified in Level II Yamuna® Body Rolling.
